Mammootty Returns To Tamil Cinema With Dhanush’s D55

Dhanush is joining hands with Amaran director Rajkumar Periyasamy for his 55th film creating huge buzz among fans. The makers officially announced that Mammootty will play a key role in the project.

This marks Mammootty’s return to a Tamil film after the 2019 critically acclaimed Peranbu. His involvement was earlier hinted with a teaser titled “The ‘M’agnificent” and it has now been confirmed with an poster.

This will be the first full-length film featuring Dhanush and Mammootty together. The film also stars Sai Pallavi, reuniting with Dhanush after Maari 2, and Telugu actress Sreeleela.

Music will be composed by Sai Abhyankyar and the film is jointly produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films and RTake Studios. With Rajkumar Periyasamy at the helm, expectations are high for a perfect mix of mass and class entertainment.
